Belle Godade is a Paris based painter who has been very
influenced by her worldly travels. Her paintings exude a
melancholy milieu as she believes that the creation of art is a
tool of emotional expression, a documentation of feelings,
experiences and loves. Her rich use of colours, textures and
layers represent the eclectic subject matters of her life.
This particular painting is on a canvas made with acrylic
paints with a subtle rich texture to the finished result. The
texture and brush strokes exudes a movement of waves and
the motions of the sea. This was a painting inspired by Belle's
brief residence in Bondi Beach, Sydney. The seething miasma
of colour and style is very abstract.
The measurements are : Width 48 CM x Length 36 CM
