Our client, a major oil and gas drilling company, is expanding their current workforce and looking for Oil Rig Managers.
As a Rig Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the rig, in such a way that it meets the Company's policies and the Operator's economic projections within the limits of environmental protection and occupational health policies.
To be considered, you must have:
* 10 years of drilling rig experience at the Toolpusher level.
* Experience with dynamic positioning systems.
* Strong understanding of rig personnel functions.
* Understanding of well service equipment and operations.
* Good understanding of the profit/loss issues associated with rig operations.
* Good knowledge of safety regulations.
* Strong safety orientation.
* Good communications (oral and written) and customer service skills.
