onsite 16 ft caravan with 20 ft aluminuim annex,situated in Colac, Victoria. Easy day-trips to 12 apostles, Great Ocean Road, Apollo Bay, Lorne, Geelong, Warrnambool, Ballarat and Otways. Annex has lounge/living area and 2 bedrooms. Caravan has main bedroom (dbl bed with quality mattress), kitchen and dining area. Carpeted throughout, with lino at entrance and small varandah/porch out the front. It is partly furnished and comes with drapes, full-size fridge/freezer, some furniture, convection oven, 2 burner gas stove and air conditioning. Older style set up but very homely holiday setup
park is peaceful and with cheap rates and good facilities. suite holiday home or can be easily removed. |
