"SCM 7 is a bookshelf model from the world renowned ATC loudspeakers. It incorporates the same quality components, and massive magnet structures used throughout the line and carries the same sonic trademarks that have made ATC famous.
The horizontal dispersion on this speaker is 80% coherent and its ability to give a three dimensional stereo image is simply phenomenal. Like the rest of the ATC line, it has a ruler flat frequency response and a resultant octave to octave balance that won't be exceeded by anyone. The SCM 7 was designed by audiophiles, for audiophiles and the only compromise that has been made, is the simple limitation of smaller cabinet design. With that said, it should be noted that despite its size, the bass response is still, totally remarkable.
