The course will be of benefit to sailors, power boaters, kayakers and fishermen. Teaches how to read a chart, determine position, chart symbols and abbreviations and use the Tide and Current Tables. Personal assistance is available by telephone or e-mail.
Successful completion of the exam leads to Canadian Yachting Association Coastal Navigation certification.
