Victoria and Gramma Jeanne have been working all year on a new breed of chrysanthemums to enter in the Annual Country Fair and Mum Festival. They are both very confident that they will again win the 1st Prize Blue Ribbon. The greenhouse is full of a ''wave of green'' mums with healthy stalks but the flower buttons are not blooming. Gramma has to give the bad news to Victoria. Gramma cannot find a solution to this heavy burden on her shoulders. The adventure that takes place in the greenhouse and ''who'' makes a miracle happen for them is a wonderful finale for this dynamic duo!
