We have an opening for an operations manager. The position reports directly to the shareholder owners and entails all aspects of small business accounting, human relations, Payroll, WCB and Employment Standards. You will be computer literate and have a basic understanding of a web based business plan. Some duties and responsibilities will be shared such as training, shift scheduling and booking the kennel. You will also be required to learn the operations of a busy pet boarding establishment and not be afraid to get your hands dirty. Management experience and the ability to manage staff in the current economy is required. Related experience pertaining to animals such as an Animal Health Technology Certification is an asset.
