Our client, a Toronto-based boutique litigation firm that specializes in Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation, is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Clerk to join their team.

You would be responsible for:
-Drafting correspondence sent to defence counsel, insurance companies, medical institutions, clients, etc.
- Completing various OCF forms as per the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule requirements.
Preparation of Applications for Mediation and Applications for Arbitration- Scheduling of various meetings and appointments- Preparation of various pleadings and court documents (including Statements of Claim, Motion Records, Mediation Briefs, Pretrial Briefs, Notices of Examination, Trial Records, Factums, etc.)
- Docketing and entering dockets into PC Law.

We are looking for a minimum of 3-5 years experience in PLAINTIFF Personal Injury. Excellent benefits!
