Job Description:
Reporting to the MD Canada with dotted line responsibility to the Vice President HR for North America, you will be responsible for:
Formulating and executing strategic policies, plans and programs for Canada in line with the Canadian and North American goals and objectives.
Coordinating and partnering with senior HR based in the US and Europe to provide value-added support and guidance to Management, Employees and the HR division
Driving the mission and vision of the organization to create an environment that fosters leadership, opportunity and overall success.
Managing the HR function in Canada, including people and processes to maximize performance and efficiency. |
