That's great. Remember to control your diet and reduce fats and oily food. Try to take less meat, especially red meat. Keep on monitor your blood pressure. If it still normal, you can request your doctor to reduce the medicine dosage to half.
You can apply the device on your neck and heart to improve blood circulation.
