We are a baking and pastry start-up company Kowloon looking for a Senior Pastry Chef to fulfill the following duties:
•Previous experience in international gourmet bakery at a reputable level
•Assist the Executive Chef in creating a variations of pies and pastries and seasonal menu
•Responsible for creating unique product line of cakes, cookies, cream puffs and breads
•Experience in machine operation, including: dough dividers, sheeters, rounders, and ovens
•Deputy for the Executive Chef in her absence
•In charge of the production of pastries and supervising a team of cooks and kitchen workers
•In charge of the complete operation liaising with the Executive Head chef and the General Manager
•Hire, train, and supervise productions staffs
•Improve product quality and reduce cost
This position of Senior Pastry Chef requires highly specialized knowledge in creating and making international pastries. |
