We are a baking and pastry start-up company in San Po Kong (Kowloon) looking for an Executive Head Chef to fulfill the following duties:
•Create a unique line of savory and sweet pies: must be very experience in the area of pie making
•Create seasonal menu
•Design and develop a high quality pie production plant
•Setup a continuous production line system that makes pies quickly and efficiently to meet high demand and to maximize profit
•Create a scrap-less system that minimizes cost
•Find suppliers to provide quality ingredients
•Demonstrating new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staffs
•Responsible for ensuring and constantly improving quick-service quality product and production techniques
•Responsible for staffing and supervising Hong Kong operations
This position of Executive Head Chef requires hands-on role and practical experience of highly specialized knowledge in making and creating pies. |
