The Client
Our client is a listed Investment company engaged in
Construction, Property Investment, & Building Materials
trading
The Job
Plan and manage cash flow, international banking, currency
hedging, multi-currency implication on the P&L. Maintain good
relations with all business partners, inclusive of investors,
auditors, legal advisors, bankers and the liked. Provide high
quality operational financial information. Assume the role as
Company Secretary of the Group.
The Requirement
The successful candidate must have minimum 15 years
experience of accounting and financial management. Strong
accounting knowledge and understanding of overall operations
and finance functions. Have broad commercial management
experience. Ideally conversant with FLEX or other major ERP
systems. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
