The incumbent will report directly to the President of the company. Build and manage sales team to reach Sales Targets to maximize growth in the territory / region. Manage a team of sales staff, ensuring the team meets revenue targets. Work closely with colleagues and the marketing and customer support teams to maximise market opportunities, be responsible for multi-level selling and for leading and training a team of successful sales staff. Responsible for finding new clients or buyers in an area, distributing promotional items and advertisements, managing a team of sales representatives, and conducting professional customer service. Work well independently and possess a high-energy level and competitive nature.
