The Job
The incumbent will be responsible for managing department inventory, in-
stock position, pricing integrity, merchandising, and labor. Lead a team of
Merchandisers and Managers to look after the sourcing and
merchandising business for retail market. Communicate with overseas
customers and aggressively expand business in the market. Oversee the
vendor base and make strategic plans on sourcing and supplier
relationships. Responsible for the performance of the whole team and
distributing tasks to different team members. |
