The Career
The Incumbent will responsible for managing the merchandising team
and retail buying team: identifies staff strengths and areas for
development; recognizes positive performance and results and counsels
non-performing employees. Oversee the department's merchandising
activities. Responsible for product direction and execution in accordance
with branding initiatives. Direct, develop, communicate and drive the
execution of merchandise tactical plans for all brands. Executes the
product strategy and brand growth initiatives. Collaborating, influencing
and informing the Global team through the line architecture process of the
specific needs. |
