The Job
The incumbent should be responsible to provide hands-on involvement in
areas of responsibilities including staff and worker recruitment, strategy
formulation & execution, manpower planning, compensation and benefits,
employee relations.Supervise and lead the supporting team to deliver HR
services in an efficient and orderly manner. Be a self-motivator, executor
and team player with other departments to translate the HR & Admin
strategies into operational realities .Handle ad hoc projects as required
and Prepare various analysis reports and budget forecast .
