The Job
The Incumbent will responsible to Full P&L responsibility and manage the
entire for Salon Professional hair cosmetics business. Strengthen and
accelerate the market share growth while consistently introducing
innovative products and services to the market. Increase the return on
sales on a steady pace to contribute to the total Beauty Care business as
one of the world's largest countries in Professional business. Develop the
sales strategies together with Sales head and Planning head to further
penetrate into the market. Strengthen the organization by developing and
training next generation leaders, and manage capable staff in order to
build an effective organization. |
