Maximize Corporate revenue through closely coordination on customer backlogs & supply;
Manage the inventory level & build priorities in Contract Manufacturer (CM), discuss supply plan alternatives with CM, Marketing and Demand Management departments to meet customer service goals;
Monitor orders commitments in Contract Manufacturer (CM) & work directly with the CM and related parties to resolve any CM push outs;
Component material management;
Monitor closely on-time delivery to customer, take corrective action to improve service level to customer;
Ensure customer service representatives & management are aware of issues affecting customer order & product build schedules;
Assure data accuracy in various systems;
Make proposals to improve working procedures and if necessary the systems in order to improve efficiency and improve service levels to the customers;
Participate in various system enhancement & company integration projects.
