The Manager of Sourcing - Asia will have three primary responsibilities:
Development of overall the company's sourcing strategy
Establishment and maintenance of the company's sourcing base
Development of costing processes, tools and review and approval procedures
Supplier assignment process and specific supplier selection for select accounts/projects
Requirements
Four year degree, graduate degree preferred.
6-10 years of relevant work experience.
Extensive experience either working in the packaging and/or printing industry or extensive experience in managing the sourcing and supply of printing or packaging
Extensive experience in supplier selection processes with a particular focus on costing and cost analysis
Demonstrated experience in effectively managing a team
Excellent written and oral communications.
