1. Ensure supply of Finished Goods from Contract Manufactures to Company's Distribution Centers/Customers.
Ensure ancillary SAP transactions (returns,quality notifications,etc.) performed with SAP best practice. Ensure Contract Manufacturers adhere to Company’s financial controls/terms and conditions of contracts. Ensure packer is optimizing the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process by providing accurate and timely invoice information.
2. Ensure Contract Manufactures adhere to the Company’s manufacturing standards and associated product quality.
Requirements:
Hold a four year college degree (BS/BA–Engineering or Business preferred) an MBA would be an asset.
Minimum of 5 years experience with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment (consumer products, food, or related is preferred.)
Experience with world class manufacturing techniques (Lean,Six Sigma,Kaizan, etc.) is highly desired.
