This position holds an important responsibility within Greater China, reporting directly to the General Manager. The overall aim for this pose is to deliver the Greater China Financial Goals. Oversea the marketing and sales function of the company. Develop and execute brand and distribution growth strategies and built marketing and sales capabilities in the region. A frequent travel in China and Taiwan will be expected.
The successful candidate should have at least over 10 years experience and knowledge in Marketing and/or Sales in FMCG for Multi-National Corporation and which at least 5 years in China. Candidate should possess a strong track records for brand and new product development; account development and people development. Outstanding presentation; communication; negotiation skills and team player are essential. Fluency in English and Chinese probably both Mandarin and Cantonese are essential. |
