The Job
Ensure Contract Manufacturers adhere to Company’s financial controls/terms and conditions of contracts:
Finished goods physical count and raw/pack materials inventories; reconcile finished goods and raw/pack inventories with SAP;
The Applicant
Qualified candidate should possess a four-year college degree (BS/BA – Engineering or Business preferred); an MBA would be an asset, minimum of 5 years experience with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment (consumer products, food, or related is preferred); two years of experience in manufacturing supervision; must be a self starter (highly motivated) who can work independently or as part of a team; experience with world class manufacturing techniques (Lean, Six Sigma, Kanban, Kaizan, etc) is highly desired; strong indirect/influence leadership qualities;
