Manage all financial and accounting in accordance with statutory and tax requirement.
Establish accounting and financial policies within the Group of Companies.
Ensure accounting record and system is in compliances with company’s policies and procedure and approved accounting standard.
Prepare/review company operation and Capex budget and ensuring effective budgetary control of actual performance against plan by periodic investigation and assess the financial implication of the variances.
Professional qualification – ACCA, ASCPA, CIMA, CA or equivalent.
Member of MIA.
Minimum 10 years of experience with 5 years of audit experience.
