Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound & making outbound calls
* Attend to customer enquiries & complaints
* Investigating and taking ownership of complains
* Provide administrative function to the business operation.

Salary range: RM 1800-2500 per month
Requirements:
* At least a diploma or degree in any discipline
* Fresh graduates or those with 2 years’working experience in customer service, preferably in the service or financial services industry.
* Proven customer satisfaction and complaint resolution experience
* Good command of both spoken and written English.
* Possess Bahasa Malaysia or/and Chinese Language skills is added advantages
* Good working attitude & courteous telephone etiquette
* Willing to work on shifts and staggered hours. |
