JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work with senior management to implement standard operating procedures and standardization of all processes
- Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with clients
- Manage all delivery related issues with clients
- Develop and maintain an effective liaison with the Marketing/Sales team and Senior Consultant on client issues
