Description
Administrative assistant/ Receptionist providing quality support to Senior Managers/Executives in day to day office work.
In a highly visible and customer interfacing role you will support senior leaders by co-ordinating client and internal meetings, events, conference calls, travel arrangements, calendar management and other administrative work. You may also be the focal contact for clients, provide other general customer support activities, and other general office duties as required.



Experience, Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 2 years administrative assistance / Receptionist experience.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Attention to detail, multi-tasking with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for this position

- Willing to work at Cyberjaya.
