1) Receptionist cum General Clerk
2) Accounts and Admin Executive
For Position (1),

The person must be friendly and have a nice nature as she receives guests at the reception area.
Able to work independently on admin duties and reports to the Admin Dept.
For Position (2)

The person must know the construction of full sets of accounting.
Finance knowledge is preferable, not necessary.
Able to think out of the box and be creative.
To work independently.
Must be able to liaise with the auditors, company secretaries, bankers etc.
Report writing is preferable, not necessary.
Reports to the Accounts & Finance Dept, which is personally overseen by the CEO.
