A Japanese based company is looking for Sales & Service Engineer to be based in Penang.
Responsibilities:
Ability to provide service and technical support to customers
To manage customers accounts within assigned territory (Northern Region).
Able to penetrate new market and expand the sales.
Collate and disseminate technical information.
Able to identify and follow up on potential sales prospects
Ability to provide technical support to manufacturing / facility
Requirements:
Direct experience in Sales and Service Engineering, preferable SMT machine
Degree in Engineering preferred.
Prefer candidate with technical background.
Excellent communication skills at all level including customer, suppliers and employees
Strong analytical skill, ability to prioritise and delegate
Strong equipment/ process/ product and service knowledge desirable
