Quantity Surveyor/ Civil Engineer
(Ipoh - Kuala Lumpur )
Responsibilities:
* Able to manage pre and post contract activities and project cost monitoring.
* Computation of Quantities.
* Able to evaluate claims, payment and contractual claims.
* Coordinate the work with sub-contractors.
* Liaise with client and consultant.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
* Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
* Preferred language: Chinese.
* Able to use Microsoft Project, AUTOCAD.
* Applicants must be willing to work in outstation
