Responsibilities:
Outbound sales calls to identify potential customer and promote the products.
Inbound sales calls from customers inquiries
To provide excellent customer services, maintain customer satisfaction and increase customer loyalty.
Requirements:
Must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in direct sales / telesales / customer service will be an added advantage.
Experience in marketing/promoting cards, cosmetic, insurance, retail outlet are encourage to apply.
