Job description:
To interview customers using telephone
The objective is to collect customers feedback or their satisfaction on various brands, products or services
Please note that this is NOT a sales job
Requirements:
Friendly personality & enjoy talking to people
Fluent in English, Bahasa and/or Mandarin
Ability to speak politely, clearly and confidently over the phone
Honest, reliable and responsible
Initiative. Willing to learn and apply new skills
