To support and trouble shooting computer hardware and software

CLean back-up tape drive twice a week
Keep the back up tape and change the tape for the next day back up preparation
Keep the back up tape (last working day of the month) off-site
Keep the back-up configuration and system files for the proxy server monthly
Print the Internet access and email activity reports monthly
Update anti-virus files and scan virus for the servers once receive the notification from the vendor
Prepare payment voucher for the Jaring subscription fees when necessary and follow up with Jaring Administrator to ensure that our accounts have been updated
Prepare payemnt voucher for the Jaring membership renewal fees yearly and follow up with Jaring Administrator to ensure that our accounts have been updated
with knowledge in email programming,lotus notes and server base
