1. BSC or above in geology or geolical science or geological engineering
2. Experience in HP/HT, wellsite exp > 6 years
3. Experience in Open Hole wireline logging, mudlogging, LWD, coring
4. Posession in formation evaluation course and basic / intermediate wireline logging and downhole fluid sampling, mud logging course or welsite operation course
