- Involve in vendor sourcing, bid process co-ordination, documentation, evaluation, drafting and issuing of contracts
- Perform contract administration; evaluation of claims/variation orders, bill and process claims to clients
- Handle cost controlling, change order management, cost reports and monitoring
- Liaison with subcontractors of building and facility packages, in a schedule-driven environment
- Handle budget and detailed cost estimation and involve in tendering of new projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in a similar position,
- Experience in the analysis of bid packages from a commercial perspective with industrial background, as well as monitoring project control systems
- Experience in estimating and handling of tender proposal
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines |
