Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Associate you will be required to answer inbound phone or email enquires for a leading technology provider. You will support customers who are experiencing basic technical issues and assist with resolving the customers concerns.
Requirements: Japanese proficiency is compulsory (JLPT Level 1 or Native level) Japanese Native is welcome. Willing to relocate to Malaysia within a short notice Basic customer service experience required Have passion for customer service Are capable of supporting and adapting to a dynamic work environment, with frequent new product releases and updates Are capable of handling & communicating effectively with all customer types. Have average ability to read, write and speak English. Have strong e-mail, word processing, and web usage skills. Have technical aptitude with an ability to explain technical concepts to a varied audience.
