- Manage the Clients’ campaigns - Ensure smooth running of the call centers for inbound and outbound campaigns - Lead , manage and motivate call center agents and team leaders in the attainment of set KPIs and service levels - Provide guidance to achieve best practice approach - Involve in call center planning, staffing, budgeting and staff development - Possess good leadership abilities and good coaching abilities
Qualifications: Min Diploma holder with 2 years’ call center experience.
