|JOB OFFERED: Account Assistant/Officer -Mandarin Speaking|

|•Must posses at least SPM / Certificate / Diploma/Degree
•2-3 years relevant in related field, preferably with knowledge in.
•Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications spreadsheets, Word processing, and accounting package, Quickbook, MYOB or equivalent
•Able to handle procurement related matters; e.g. sourcing competitive process and identify part and equipment needed by Workshop/Project Teams, preparing purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests, contacting suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, etc.
•Good command in English, Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage.
•Salary will commensurate with experience.
Location: Sentul Raya
Working Hours: 8.30-5.30 (5 Days)
