Shop Managers will need to manage and motivate employees and make sure they work as a team, coordinate work flow, keeps productivity at a high level. Capable of handling a variety of tasks, as well as experts on the products and services available offered by Boston Vision.
Qualifications :
•At least Certificate or Diploma in any field.
•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
•At least 4 years working experience in handling shop or office work.
•Experience in motivating and training staff, as well as handling staff discipline
•Possess strong supervisory and leadership skills to lead a team
•Applicants must be willing to work at Pulau Tikus area.
•Ability to work in a team.
•Prefer female only.
