Responsibilities:
•Multinational company in the Telecommunications and Banking industry
•Handle inbound calls from customers
•Willing to work shift hours
•1 year contract (with possibility of conversion to a permanent staff)
•Located in KL, Ampang Park, Sunway and Klang
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM Qualification, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any field
•At least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service, Telesales, Technical Helpdesk or Call Centre will be an added advantage
•Candidate must be fluent in English language. Spoken proficiency in Mandarin language is an added advantage
