Responsibilities:
*Customer Support, Flexible work location。(at home or wherever you are）.
*Call customers to remind on payments for past due accounts.
*Explain and clarify with customers on non-payment and / or other service product issues.
*Understand and assess the financial situations of customers in order to miximize recovery of debts.
*Work with customers to solve payment problems and make workable repayment arrangements.
*Follow upon on broken promises to pay.
*Record all actions taken on the accounts in DM dairy.
*Prepare simple reports using MS Excel and MS Words.
Requirements
*Able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin.
*Pleasant voice, polite telephone manners and listening skills and good problem resolution skills.
*SPM / STPM holders with / without experience are encourage to apply.
