We are URGENTLY looking for WELDING/STRUCTURAL
SUPERVISOR
You will be managing a strong team of Structural Inspectors
and ensure high team performance throughout the project.
It is important that you are a strong communicator and have
well-developed management and negotiation skills in order to
work with the yard and your team, thereby solving any
problems that may occur during the construction phase of the
project.
You have a formal education in science as welding engineer
and 5-10 years of experience working with high tensile steel,
steel production and metallurgy.
You have most likely gained the majority of your experience
from a ship yard or an offshore yard where you have become
used to a “hands-on” working environment.
