We are URGENTLY looking for TEAM LEADER - MAINLINE
OPERATION
The incumbent should be analytical, diligent, self-disciplined
and independent - accepting personal ownership for results
and the paths to achieving them. You must also be assertive
and innovative, being able to create short or mid term
solutions and argue their value. You will need to be an
excellent communicator with the ability to prioritize and work
with cross-cultural teams. Lastly, you should be enthusiastic,
energetic and confident with a feeling a sense of urgency to
get things done.
Prior experience in a leadership role involving people
development is desirable. Also, marine operations experience
in vessel scheduling, stowage planning or space management
is an added advantage.
