Help Desk Officer - Selangor Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client calls in professional manner, providing appropriate solution and advice2. Trouble shooting client software issues3. Logging Client Complaints and generating tickets4. Live assistance to clients via chat application5. Monitoring of vehicle alarms6. Cost control activities (SMS control)7. Registering new vehicle tracking units to system (Software configuration only) Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.• 3 Full-Time position(s) available.
