Our client is technical service support OEM for a leading major Semiconductor Tester Equipment MNC
•Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering with 1 year working experience in the semiconductor test environment
•Perform field software troubleshooting, production support troubleshooting calls occasionally for semiconductor testing equipment
•Perform application troubleshooting, program development projects for other semiconductor testing equipment
•Handle customers and clients enquires on technical related issues calmly within a stipulated time frame
•Assigned on site on a project level basis to perform application troubleshooting, program development, testing programs optimization and device characterization.
•Ensure customers are always updated on the status of actions currently being put in place to achieve a high level of satisfaction
•Assigned for occasional regional escalation support as well as trainers for customers
