Our client is a technical service support OEM for a leading major Semiconductor Tester Equipment MNC
•Perform field calls for semiconductor testing equipment •Educate and train customer’s engineers to handle hardware troubleshooting •Provide troubleshooting support for customer when they encounter difficulties. •Handle customers and clients enquires on technical related issues calmly within a stipulated time frame •Provide technical support in a timely fashion to suit the needs of customers •Escalate internally whenever customer’s problem is not under control. •Ensure customers are always updated on the status of actions currently being put in place to achieve a high level of satisfaction •Develop simple technical troubleshooting documentation |
