| Hi! Im Mr. Virgilio S. Rullepa, 35 yrs. old. I'm a freelance contractor here in the Philippines. Actually I've already built houses,office interiors, restaurants and furnitures but for those projects that ive mentioned still i was not able to save money because i cannot ask from my clients big mark-up. Most of them have only small budget which most of the time i could earn only enough for my family expenses and for my childrens education. I have no extra money to shoulder the material and labor cost in advance. If only i could have financier i want to be registered to DTI and to have permit to all my transaction so that legally i can transact with them and to really give the proper amount to all the projects that will come. I'm very much eager to pursue this business the only problem that i have is the financier. PLS. HELP ME! Thanks and GOD BLESS! |
