Environmental Life Industrial Technologies Enterprises (E.L.I.T.E.) Corporation was performing an air stack emission testing / monitoring on stationary emission sources or stack in the Philippine Air shed. E.L.I.T.E. Corporation was formed to provide consulting services to perform measurements of air emissions from industrial point sources (stacks). One of the components of the sampling is to provide the client a emission test result / report as an attachment for the quarterly submission of the Self-monitoring report (SMR), Renewals for Permit to Operate (PO), and for data collection activities required under Republic Act No. 8749, the Philippine Clean Air Act of 1999 (CAA).
