Job Skills/ Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 1yr experience in a call center (Outbound sales)
-Strong PC, keyboard and internet skills, with the ability to simultaneously navigate through systems since we do Data Harvesting and research most of the time
-Excellent command of English and comprehension skills
-Excellent customer service and selling skills
-Outspoken, assertive and a team player
-Ability to sell company products to meet the customers' needs since the calls are presales calls
-Ability to quickly absorb new information and must be adaptable to change since campaigns/ scripts change often and minimal training are done
