• Must have exceptional customer service skills;
• Must be confident and proficient in Mandarin;
• College graduate of any 4-year or 2-year course;
• Technical background and inbound experience is a plus;
• English proficiency is a plus also.
• Excellent in written and oral communication skills;
• With strong customer service orientation;
• Willing to undergo training and full-time schedule.
